The Ardie NE 125 was one of the first post-war motorcycles offered and, with 1775 units produced, in the first quarter of 1949 even outnumbered the NSU Quick 125.
Probably only 6000 units of the NE 125 were produced.
It was replaced by the B 125 that already featured a telescopic fork and more chrome parts.
However, with growing wealth the customers became more demanding and, therefore, the small 125 cc motorcycle was no longer offered in 1953.
