Power: 112 PS
Capacity: 7274 ccm
Engine: 6 cyl. / Vorkammer Diesel
Top Speed: 66 km/h
Payload: 4.5 t

The MB heavy- duty trucks were deployed as a further development of the 3 ton trucks in army navy and air force units for long range transports.

The hitherto deployed 1.5, 2 and 3 ton vehicles had proved to be inadequate with regard to load capacity and economy.

Various producers as MAN, Bussing NAG, Magirus and Daimler Benz had built vehicles of this payload class.

This truck from Mercedes was the mostly built specimen of this category.

It has proved to be very reliable and was produced until the Fifties.
